What We Collect

Your Google account email (to sign you in), what you type into Commandy (your profile, check-ins, contacts, notes), and, only if you connect them, permission to send email from your Gmail and to add events to your Google Calendar.

Google Data

Commandy asks for Gmail send-only access. It can't read your inbox. It sends only emails you write or approve in the app. Calendar access is used to add the calls and deadlines you set, to find calls you've booked so it can prep you for them, and to check when you're free. Commandy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is never sold, never used for ads, and never used to train AI models.

Where It Lives

Each account gets its own separate database on our server (DigitalOcean, United States). Other users can't see it.

Who Else Touches It

Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.

Deleting

Email justin.mcglynn88@gmail.com and your account, database and Google connection are deleted within 7 days. You can also remove Commandy's access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
